About us...

Kingdom Kids was birthed out of the heart of raising young children to be exposed to accepting difference and diversity as beautiful from their early foundational years. Kingdom Kids is a very child led and focused pre-primary school that has the holistic child as the lens to which we create our curriculum. Being set within the wonderful Bloom Centre, our children are exposed to many therapy based learning opportunities that wouldn't usually be presented within the mainstream school environment. Our children are also taught diverse communication skills like Makaton Signs and SA sign Language to use basic signs to communicate with non-verbal learners at Bloom. Exposing our children to the Bloom learners has proved to grow empathy as well as a compassionate and caring approach with others from a young age. The stigma of Special Needs is also eradicated as our children interact normally and go on to understand the beauty of difference and diversity, instead of the fear of it.
